The Evergreen School
Ariana Ybanez is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and leadership. Currently serving as a 3rd Grade Teacher at The Evergreen School since December 2021, Ariana teaches an interdisciplinary curriculum while maintaining communication with parents and drafting evaluations. Previous experience includes a Student Teacher position at Seattle Public Schools, where Ariana planned and delivered various subjects and supported students' emotional well-being. Additionally, Ariana has held roles as an Intermediate Teaching Assistant at The Evergreen School and as a National Crew Leader for the Student Conservation Association, where mentoring and environmental education were key responsibilities. Ariana's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic.
