Jack Ladd has extensive experience in technology support, public relations, and customer service. Currently employed at The Evergreen School since July 2004, Jack provides technical support for faculty, staff, and students, overseeing the installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals. In a previous role as Public Relations Coordinator and Assistant to the Director of Development, Jack crafted public relations strategies, managed communications, and organized events. Prior experience includes a position at AT&T Wireless Services as a Customer Care Tech, where Jack led a team in delivering exceptional customer service, and as a Videographer at Remington Park Race Track, focusing on filming, editing, and production. Jack is pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems at Skagit Valley College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
