Andrew Miyashiro has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Andrew began their career as a QC/QA Technician Intern at Multifoods in 2005. Andrew then worked as an R&D Technician at Organic Milling from June 2007 to February 2008. In 2009, they became a QC Technician at Flavorchem Corporation and later transitioned to the role of R&D Specialist at Organic Milling from July 2009 to January 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Food Technologist at Del Monte Foods. In 2015, they joined The J.M. Smucker Company as a Senior Food Technologist and held that position until 2019. From May 2019 to May 2021, Andrew worked as the Global Pet Food Innovation Nutrition and Technical Manager at Thai Union Group PCL. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Food Scientist and Application Manager at EVERY™ since June 2021.
Andrew Miyashiro started their education at Orange Coast College in 2004 and completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Food Science in 2006. Andrew then went on to attend California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science and Technology.
