Jeffrey Packer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeffrey currently works at EVERY™ as a Project Director since March 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Impossible Foods as a Senior Engineering Manager for biomanufacturing projects from January 2021 to March 2023, and as a Senior Engineer from October 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining Impossible Foods, Jeffrey worked at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group for six years. Jeffrey held the role of Project Manager, Process from May 2017 to October 2019, where they were responsible for managing engineering projects and leading process design efforts. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Engineer from July 2015 to May 2017, and again from March 2013 to July 2015. In these roles, they led the process design efforts, developed equipment specifications, and provided design and project management support across various industries.

Jeffrey started their career at Covidien as a Chemical Process Engineer from March 2009 to March 2013, where they served as a lead process engineer for manufacturing and research and development campaigns. Jeffrey also worked at Monsanto as a Process Chemist in the Process Development department from January 2009 to March 2009.

Earlier in their career, Jeffrey had internship experiences at Covidien, where they worked as an Imaging R&D - Nuclear Medicine Intern from May 2008 to August 2008, conducting research on Tc-99m/Mo-99 generator columns. Jeffrey also interned at Dr Pepper Snapple Group as a Packaging Engineering Intern from June 2007 to May 2008, conducting technical evaluations and designing a test apparatus for pasteurization.

Jeffrey's academic research experience includes working as an Undergraduate Researcher at Washington University from September 2006 to June 2007, where they conducted research on catalyst properties using the Temporal Analysis of Products (TAP) Reactor and performed data analysis using MATLAB and MS Excel.

Jeffrey Packer completed their high school education at Aliso Niguel High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a High School Diploma. Jeffrey then pursued further education at Washington University in St. Louis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from 2004 to 2008. In 2011, they obtained a certification as an Engineering Intern (EIT) from the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects.
