Nick Toriello

Nick Toriello has a long and varied work experience. Nick started as a Production Engineer at Dow Chemical in 2000 and then co-founded Allopartis Biotechnologies, Inc. in 2008, where they held the role of VP Operations. In 2013, Nick joined Novozymes as General Manager, where they discovered novel low-impact products and reduced reliance on petroleum-based alternatives. In 2019, they joined Bolt Threads as General Manager of Mylo, where they developed the strategic roadmap, implemented OKRs, set priorities and go-to-market plans. Nick also held the role of VP of Strategic Partnerships, where they drafted, negotiated and signed groundbreaking 5-party Mylo Consortium Agreement, owned the relationship with key accounts and identified key markets and go-to-market strategy based on product readiness. In 2022, Nick joined EVERY™ as VP, Head of Partnerships.

Nick Toriello obtained their B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona between 1996 and 2000. Nick then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley between 2001 and 2007.
