Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at The Evolv Collection since April 2025, Martin continues to enhance the legacy of the iconic venues founded by Sir Terrence Conran. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of CEO at Rare Restaurants from April 2019 to October 2024, overseeing M & Gaucho restaurants. Additionally, Martin was the CEO and founder of M Restaurants from March 2014 to October 2024 and had a notable tenure as Managing Director at Gaucho Restaurants from February 2005 to March 2014, during which responsibilities included the management of 16 locations across major cities and various dining concepts.
