Previously, Adrian held the position of Creative Director at 3-56 Media Limited from August 2014 to September 2021, and during a long tenure at Almond Design from 1996 to August 2014, worked as Director and Studio Manager. Earlier roles include Pre-press Technician at Nimmos Colour Printers, Senior Designer at Peter Howarth Design (PhDi), Designer at Armitage Typographics, and Designer at Building Design Partnership (BDP), providing a robust foundation in design and studio management over a career that spans several decades.
