Troy Wallace

Troy Wallace is the Deputy General Counsel at The Exchange, bringing over 20 years of legal experience, including a distinguished career as a retired Army JAG officer. In their current role, they manage a range of legal programs, focusing on consumer credit, bankruptcy recovery, and compliance for a top 50 retailer. Previously, they held positions including Associate General Counsel and Senior Associate General Counsel, where they specialized in environmental law and debt collection. Troy holds a Master of Laws in Military Law and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
