Chelsea Perino

Chelsea Perino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chelsea currently works as an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University, teaching the course Collaborative Problem Solving. In this role, they focus on exploring theories and techniques that enhance team-based creativity and decision-making processes.

Prior to their current position, Chelsea held leadership roles at The Executive Centre, where they served as the Managing Director of Global Marketing & Communications. Chelsea was responsible for developing and implementing the global marketing and communications strategy for the organization. Chelsea founded the department and grew the team to 19 members, overseeing brand development, digital strategy, marketing collateral, public relations, partnerships, and more.

Before joining The Executive Centre, Chelsea worked at Big Spaceship as a Strategic Execution Lead and Lead Global Strategist, and at Deep Focus as a Senior Manager and Manager of Digital and Social Media Communications.

Additionally, Chelsea has experience as a Marketing Manager at Michael Management Corporation, an Adjunct Professor/Graduate Assistant at Montclair State University, a Marketing and Sales Manager at Attica Design Experience Furnishings, a Public Relations and Promotions Manager at Rogue Nights Entertainment, and a Residential Assistant at New York University.

Throughout their career, Chelsea has demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, strategy development, brand management, and team collaboration.

Chelsea Perino has a diverse education history. Chelsea obtained their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from New York University in the years 2002 to 2006. In 2009, they earned a certificate in Public Relations from Varsity College. Following that, Chelsea pursued a Master of Arts degree in Public and Organizational Relations at Montclair State University from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication, General at Montclair State University during the same period. Chelsea's education journey demonstrates a strong focus on anthropology, linguistics, public relations, and organizational communication. In September 2021, they obtained a certification in CoreNet Global Chapter Leaders from CoreNet Global.
