Gillian Thomson is an experienced professional with a strong background in business effectiveness and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Effectiveness-Strategy & Change at The Exeter since March 2022, Gillian has previously held various leadership roles at Royal London from December 2010 to March 2022, including Head of Business Effectiveness for Group Commercial and Group Customer Service, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating long-term divisional improvement and shaping customer service strategies. Prior to this, Gillian worked as a Change Management Consultant at Scottish Life, contributing to new business management from July 1988 to December 2010.
