Katrina Manzocco

Katrina Manzocco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth operations, strategic communications, and brand management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Director of Growth Operations at The Experience Advisors and CSPN - Customer Service Professionals Network, Katrina has successfully led brand development initiatives, including the launch of CSPN's subsidiary. Previous roles include Senior Venture Manager at Creative Destruction Lab, where Katrina supported blockchain ventures, and various consulting positions at BDC, Mitacs, and NATIONAL Public Relations, focusing on project management, business strategy, and internal communications. Katrina holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Calgary.
