Jeffrey Lucher, C-Level Financial Executive

Jeffrey Lucher is a C-Level Financial Executive with over 20 years of experience. Jeffrey began their career in 1998 as the Director of Finance and Operations at Pegasus Internet, where they increased annual revenue by $4 million by pioneering and collaborating with the programming department on the creation of streaming video banner ads on client-hosted websites. In 2002, they became a Financial Consultant at Aegis Partners, managing 23 active clients needing help to streamline or renew existing departments or establish procedures in new firms, and increasing annual revenue by $3.5 million. In 2008, they joined Fisnar as Corporate Controller and General Manager, leading 22 employees in the finance, manufacturing, HR, IT, warehousing, and purchasing departments, and increasing annual sales by $6 million with a 95% gross profit margin (GPM). From 2014 to 2017, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Grand Basket, a leader in the manufacture of outdoor furniture, protecting $75 million in annual sales by improving B2B company and retail partner relations through application of inventory reorder logic for replacement parts to support customer base contractual obligations. In 2019, they founded Arcadia Capital Consulting, a consultancy specializing in financial and operational services, and also became an Advisory Board Member of Shandoka: Electric Motorcycles. In 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Cambridge Silversmiths, Ltd., and in 2021 they became the Chief Financial Officer at The Experience Resorts, a new brand of theme-based all-inclusive and couples-only luxury resorts opening in the Caribbean in 2022.
