Emilie Cousin

Emilie Cousin has extensive experience in legal and contractual management across various aerospace and technology companies. Currently serving as Lead Legal at The Exploration Company since November 2024, Emilie previously held the position of Head of Legal and Contracts at Loft Orbital and worked as Legal Counsel and Contract Manager at OneWeb Satellites. Emilie's expertise encompasses negotiating substantial purchase and sales agreements, supporting internal clients with legal requests, and managing complex supplier issues. Prior roles include serving as Procurement Contract Manager at Airbus Defence and Space and Legal Counsel at ATR, where Emilie was responsible for drafting contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing procurement activities. Emilie holds multiple degrees in law, including a Master’s in International and European Law from Sheffield Hallam University and a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
