Victor Maier

Victor Maier is a seasoned professional in business development and engineering, currently serving as the Lead Germany and Central Europe Business and Lead Business Development & Marketing at The Exploration Company since April 2022. Prior to this role, Victor spent over two years at Airbus as an Executive Assistant to the SVP of Top Executive Management & Talent Acquisition, where significant achievements included revamping succession planning and developing an in-house web-based application for talent management. With nearly a decade of experience at Airbus Defence and Space, contributions included the creation of collaborative platforms and leading R&D projects to optimize engineering processes. Victor co-founded "The Moon Race," a non-profit initiative aimed at enhancing Airbus's position in the NewSpace ecosystem. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Robotics, Cognition, and Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Engineering in Geotelematik und Navigation from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
