Saad Zuberi

Saad Zuberi is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in production, research, writing, and education. Since March 2019, Saad has served as the Head of Production and Senior Content Producer at BBC Media Action in Afghanistan, overseeing diverse media projects. Concurrently, Saad collaborates with two-time Academy Award and Emmy winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy as Producer and Co-Director at SOC Films. Additionally, Saad contributes as a visiting lecturer at Bahria University, teaching courses in Documentary Production and Media Laws & Ethics. Saad has a strong background in investigative journalism as a researcher for The Bureau of Investigative Journalism and previously held roles at Al Jazeera Media Network and various other organizations. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master's in International Journalism from City, University of London, Saad brings a unique blend of creative and analytical skills to the media landscape.
