Jim Ujioka

Jim Ujioka is the Chair of The Eyak Cooperation’s Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Managers for The aEonian Group, LLC, and Eyak Technology, LLC. Jim serves on the corporation’s Compensation, Descendant Issues, and Proxy committees. He is President of the Board of Trustees for The Eyak Foundation. Jim is a director on the following boards: Chugachmiut; Chugach Regional Resources Commission; and Valdez Native Tribe.

Jim was raised in Cordova and is the son of Steve and Marie Ujioka. He has been employed as Response Coordinator for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, from 2007 to present.
