Previously, Fergus served as Chief Financial Officer and EVP of M&A at Kellermeyer Bergensonsons Services, LLC, and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at PE Facility Solutions, LLC. Additional experience includes serving as CFO and Interim CEO of ISS Facility Services - North America and as SVP of Finance at ISS Facility Services A/S. Fergus O'Connell earned a BBS in Business Studies with Financial Services from the University of Limerick and completed a program at Hult Ashridge in 2003.
