Tracey McLaurin

Tracey McLaurin has extensive experience in human resources leadership, having held senior positions at prominent organizations. Most recently, Tracey served as Senior Vice President of People Strategy & Solutions at The Facilities Group, where skills were utilized to develop and implement HR strategies that enhanced workforce planning and employee engagement. Prior roles include Vice President at Childcare Network, Inc. and Path-Tec, where responsibilities involved setting HR direction for large employee populations and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. At ABM Industries, Tracey managed a vast team of direct reports and contributed to significant cost savings through process improvements. Educational qualifications include an Executive Juris Doctor from Purdue Global and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bridgeport.
