Jarred Rose, M.S., ACSM-CEP, currently serves as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Valley Health System, starting in July 2024, while also working as an Emergency Medical Technician with The Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps since October 2020. Previously, Jarred held roles as an Exercise Physiologist at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital and Saint Clare's Health, specializing in phase 2 and 3 cardiac rehabilitation. Responsibilities included monitoring vital signs, educating patients about disease risk factors, and ensuring a safe rehabilitation environment. Jarred's experience extends to developing exercise programs for patients with Parkinson's disease at Rock Steady Boxing Bergen County and completing internships across multiple healthcare facilities, focusing on cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

The Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps (FLVAC) began with it's first organizational meeting held on July 7, 1948. The Corps started with 11 members and as of 2019, the Corps has had over 700 members in it's history. The dedicated members of the Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps are committed to providing excellent emergency medical services for the residents, visitors, and workers within the Borough of Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Our services also include helping surrounding communities during times of emergency, providing borough residents with non-emergent transports to and from hospitals, offering training classes to the public, and ambulance coverage for special events.
