Penny Moore

Penny Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Accountability and Risk at The Fair Work Ombudsman since January 2020, Penny is also a member of the Risk and Governance Committee at the Animal Welfare League of SA. Previous roles include Company Secretary at the National Centre for Vocational Education Research, Director of Chancellery and Council Services at the University of South Australia, and Group Manager Governance at the City of Onkarparinga. Penny's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of South Australia, along with leadership and design thinking certifications from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania, underpinning a strong academic foundation in history and classics.
