Ruth Phu

Ruth Phu, MA, SPHR, has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources management experience. Prior to joining The Faison Center in 2022, Ruth worked in various industries to include: manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and early intervention organizations. Ruth also served in leadership positions in operations management and HR management with Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Ruth worked for the United States Air Force Legal office and was also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UMUC while living in Germany.
