Whitney Badoer

Whitney Badoer has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Whitney began their career at Integrity Home Care + Hospice in 2012, where they held various roles such as HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Corporate Director of Human Resources, and eventually Vice President of Human Resources. In 2019, they joined Still Water Solutions, LLC as the President/Owner/HR Consultant. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, a position they have held since September 2022.

Whitney Badoer completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Columbia College from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Development from Missouri State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including SHRM - SCP and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2017. Furthermore, they obtained SHRM Executive Network Membership from SHRM Executive Network in October 2022.
