Christopher Mercaldo has over six years of experience in various roles, currently serving as a Sales Support Department Supervisor and Senior Project Coordinator at PFP Services since March 2018. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements for a learning management system, conducting vendor evaluations, implementing technology solutions, and managing agent sales contests. Christopher has also developed a referral program leading to 12,000 new referrals and created training materials for employee development. Previous roles include HR Intern at PFP Services and Associate Recruiter at Aquinas Consulting, where research and communication skills were demonstrated. Christopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.

In addition to the promotion of each credit union's unique products and services, The Family Security Plan offers supplemental insurance products as a benefit of credit union membership. Our product offering includes individual Whole Life Insurance, Disability Income Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance and Accident Insurance. Our team of professional representatives introduce credit union members, their friends, and families to high-quality, low-cost insurance coverage. We take them through the enrollment process, on a one-on-one basis, guiding them every step of the way. PFP has protected over 1,000,000 credit union members over the years - and the number of families protected continues to grow!
