David Sussman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PFP Services, where leadership efforts focus on delivering individual insurance protection to millions of families across the United States. With a strong legacy rooted in a family business founded in 1973, David actively drives innovation in areas such as Big Data marketing and mobile sales applications. Over the years, David has held numerous leadership positions within PFP, including Principal, Senior Vice President, and Director of Marketing, where responsibilities have ranged from marketing strategy and operational management to enhancing customer service and sales operations. Additionally, David launched Eye Cubed U, LLC, a content-driven organization dedicated to thought leadership and innovation. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law and a Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College of Financial Services.

In building relationships with each credit union member, we also generate non-interest income by providing the member, their families, and friends with a portfolio of supplemental insurance products. In addition to the promotion of each credit union's unique products and services, The Family Security Plan offers supplemental insurance products as a benefit of credit union membership. Our product offering includes individual Whole Life Insurance, Disability Income Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance and Accident Insurance. Our team of professional representatives introduce credit union members, their friends, and families to high-quality, low-cost insurance coverage. We take them through the enrollment process, on a one-on-one basis, guiding them every step of the way. PFP has protected over 1,000,000 credit union members over the years - and the number of families protected continues to grow!
