Macy McFall

Macy McFall is an experienced front desk staff member at The Family YMCA since October 2018, where responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, managing guest check-ins, and maintaining cleanliness in the reception area. Prior experience includes working as a Front Desk Supervisor at White River Club from November 2017 to July 2018 and as a Valet Attendant at Elite Management Valet during the summer of 2018. Macy holds a Master's degree in Pre-Occupational Therapy Studies from Ball State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Occupational Therapy/Therapist at Indiana University Indianapolis, expected to graduate in May 2024.
