Anna Laws is a Food Security Analyst at the Famine Early Warning Systems Network, with prior experience as a Climate Justice Intern at CARE, where research was conducted for the Climate Justice Agenda for Vision 2030. Previously, Anna served as a Programme and Policy Associate at the World Food Programme, focusing on nutrition-sensitive projects, and as a Health Communication Intern at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, conducting data analysis and research on food safety. Additional roles include working on food insecurity initiatives with The Farmlink Project and serving as a Community Health Facilitator with the Peace Corps. Anna holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health Nutrition from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from William & Mary.
