Kristen Sanders

Kristen Sanders is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as VP at The Farmers Bank since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Sr. Analyst, Learning & Enablement at Salesforce from March 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included designing a comprehensive L&D strategy aimed at enhancing the learner experience and implementing improvements in onboarding and training programs.
