Rob Slusser

Rob Slusser has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rob is currently working as the Senior Vice President - Market President at Farmers & Merchants State Bank in Archbold, OH since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Board Member at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne starting from July 2018. Before joining Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Rob served as the Senior Vice President - Market President at Centier Bank from March 2016 to November 2022. Rob was also actively involved in the community, holding positions such as Board Chair at WFWA - PBS39 from November 2015 to September 2021 and Advisory Board Member at Science Central from July 2004 to September 2021. Rob held the role of Market President at First Financial Bank from December 2013 to March 2016. Additionally, they served as the Senior Vice President - Director of Lending at Tower Bank & Trust Co. from December 2003 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, Rob worked at FirstCity Financial Corp. as AVP, Asset Manager from 1997 to 2003 and Fort Wayne National Bank as AVP, Branch Manager from 1988 to 1997.

Rob Slusser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University Fort Wayne, which they attended from 1986 to 1991. Rob further pursued their education by completing a Graduate School Banking program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2008 to 2010.
