Joanne Laflamme

Joanne Laflamme is a seasoned logistics and freight management professional with extensive experience in international freight operations across North America. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of International Freight at Russell A Farrow since April 2011, Joanne has previously held significant roles including Logistics Manager at Accent Fairchild and Customer Service Manager at Delmar International Inc. Joanne's expertise includes managing shipping logistics for various modes of transport, negotiating contracts and rates, overseeing customer service departments, and ensuring timely shipment coordination with suppliers and retailers. Joanne holds multiple certifications, including Certified Customs Specialist for both Canada and the US, and has a BA in Psychology from Concordia University.
