Holly Cole is an experienced professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Fashion Institute of Technology since January 2023, where courses include Fashion Management, Sustainability in Fashion, and Leadership Development. In addition, Holly is a Consultant at Columbus Consulting International, a prominent retail consulting firm, and holds the position of Executive In Residence at The Fashioneering Lab, providing fractional CMO services. Holly has a notable background in merchandising, having been the DMM for luxury handbags and footwear at Rue Gilt Groupe, the Vice President of Merchandising for intimate apparel at L Brands, and the Vice President of Merchandising for apparel at Neiman Marcus Group, where significant sales growth was achieved. Holly earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Southern Methodist University and is currently pursuing an MPS in Global Fashion Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
