Currently serving as the Executive E-commerce Lead at Morphology Consulting, Katharine specializes in profitable growth, end-to-end Amazon strategic solutions, and online strategy optimization. In addition to leadership at Morphology, Katharine holds roles as a Fractional Chief Digital Officer at The Fashioneering Lab and a Strategic Advisor at Intro, providing expert guidance to executives on maximizing digital commerce growth. Previous positions include VP of E-commerce at ONE Jeanswear Group and Director of Retailer.com at Coty, where Katharine led strategies for major beauty brands. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a BSBA in Marketing/Finance from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business.
