Marlena Dodd

Marlena Dodd is an experienced professional in human resources and safety, currently serving as the People Operations Leader at The Federal Metal Co. since April 2023. Previous roles include Corporate Human Resources and Safety Director at Custom Craft Poultry, Compliance Coordinator at National Park Medical Center, and several positions at Reynolds Consumer Products, where responsibilities spanned hiring processes, payroll administration, and safety management. Marlena also held the role of Eh&S Manager at General Cable, where the focus was on developing and implementing environmental health and safety programs.
