Elise C. J.

Elise C. J. has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Lead Business Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Systems Analyst Senior at the same company from January 2021 to January 2023. Elise C. also served as a Business Systems Analyst from November 2017 to December 2020 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

Before joining the Federal Reserve Bank, Elise worked at Safeguard Properties as an Operations Analyst from October 2015 to October 2017, and as a Business Analyst from July 2013 to October 2015.

Elise also has experience in academia, having worked as a Program Coordinator - Academic Careers in Engineering and Science at Case Western Reserve University from April 2012 to July 2013, and as a Program Assistant - McNair Scholars Program at Cleveland State University from March 2009 to September 2012.

Elise C. then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Cleveland State University from 2009 to 2010. In 2020, Elise obtained a certification as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci.
