Emily Garr Pacetti

Emily Garr Pacetti is currently a Senior Principal at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where Emily leads Community Development efforts. Prior to this role, Emily held positions at The Rockefeller Foundation, The Fund for Our Economic Future, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, The Brookings Institution, Economic Policy Institute, and the U.S. Department of State. Emily holds a Mid-Career Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Urban Studies from El Colegio de México, and a B.A. in Political Communications from Emerson College.
