Emily Harper, MSPOD, ICP-ACC, currently serves as the Senior Preparedness and Engagement Project Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where responsibilities include developing strategic plans for resilience in large-scale disruptions and conducting After Action Report debriefs. With a robust background in project management and agile practices, Emily has previously held roles such as Scrum Master and Business Analyst, where contributions included facilitating workshops, implementing training plans, and improving operational preparedness across various projects. Emily's education includes a Master's degree in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University.
