Michael Shadoan, AIA, is a highly experienced architecture and facilities management professional, currently serving as a Senior Consultant with MSAD Consultants since September 2024 and as a Senior Manager of the Real Estate Services Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Michael held various positions including Department Manager at the Cincinnati Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank from 2015 to 2018, and Director of Facilities & County Architect for Warren County, Ohio from 2011 to 2015, overseeing the management of 19 facilities. Michael's extensive career also includes roles as Principal at MSA Architecture + Design and MJM Realty Group, and Registered Architect at TSF Architects, Inc. and The Design Collaborative. Academically, Michael holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, furthered architectural studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering at the University of Michigan, expected to complete in January 2025.
