Paula Calmer

Paula Calmer currently serves as the Senior Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where responsibilities include managing the Talent Acquisition strategy and overseeing HR compliance functions. Previously, Paula held various leadership roles at PNC, including Vice President of HR Business Partner for Wealth Management and Vice President of Talent Acquisition for multiple business lines. Paula has also contributed to professional development as Vice President of Diversity for Cleveland SHRM and has extensive recruiting experience from positions at Stanley Staffing and other companies. Paula holds a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Women's Studies from Bowling Green State University.
