Chris Armstrong

Chris Armstrong is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and resiliency management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of the Operations & Resiliency Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since January 2009, Chris has held various leadership roles, including oversight of Financial Services and Law Enforcement, and previously directed the Financial Services Group. Prior experience includes roles at Raytheon as Operations Lead and at Toray Plastics America in several managerial and technical positions. Chris holds an MBA in Finance from Bryant University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
