Dr. Tina Stinson-DaCruz currently serves as the Director in Charge of Compliance Assessment, Education and Reporting at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, a position held since May 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing enterprise-wide compliance learning and developing tailored training programs. Additionally, Dr. Stinson-DaCruz is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Gabelli School of Business since August 2019, teaching undergraduate business courses. Prior academic experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Manhattan College from May 2016 to December 2018, instructing courses in organizational change and leadership. Dr. Stinson-DaCruz also has an extensive background in ethics and compliance within the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 2005 to 2012, culminating in leadership roles in the Ethics Office. Educationally, Dr. Stinson-DaCruz earned a Doctor of Education from Columbia University, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from New York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University, graduating summa cum laude.
