Gabriella Beckmann

Gabriella Beckmann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Supervisory Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Gabriella previously held the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at ONRAMP and founded Brooklyn Tide Advisory, focusing on strategic planning and outsourced executive functions. A board member at Cause Effective for over a decade, Gabriella also has a strong background in financial services, demonstrated through various leadership roles at TIAA where key achievements included significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Additionally, Gabriella's earlier career involved influential positions at BTS and Thomson Reuters, enhancing organizational change and advising on investor communication strategies. Gabriella holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from NYU Stern School of Business.
