Leslie Conner Warren

Leslie Conner Warren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy, digital innovation, and strategic management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Payments and Market Infrastructure Policy focusing on Digital Innovation at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since February 2022, Leslie has previously held roles as Global Public Policy Manager and Government Relations at R3 from June 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, Leslie has contributed to education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia Business School and a Graduate Assistant at Columbia | SIPA. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Teach For America and an Associate role at Schneider Electric. Leslie holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and International Affairs from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Louisville.
