Liz Kelly

Liz Kelly is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in risk management, supervisory programs, and funding strategies. Currently serving as a Central Point of Contact Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since March 2012, Liz leads the supervisory program for a large banking organization, focusing on identifying priorities and preparing annual reports. Previous roles include Supervisory Manager for Liquidity, Market Risk, and Capital Planning, and Funding and Liquidity Risk Specialist, where Liz contributed to evaluating capital adequacy and influencing supervisory policy development. Prior experience includes key positions at Wilmington Trust, GMAC Financial Services, GMAC ResCap, and MBNA America Bank, with a proven track record in liquidity management, funding operations, and team leadership.
