Muhammad Arshad is an experienced professional in enterprise technology strategy and management consulting, currently serving as the Enterprise Technology Strategy Lead at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since September 2018. Prior roles include Senior Management Consultant at IBM and Management Consultant at Capco. Muhammad Arshad has effectively managed significant portfolios, implemented budgeting methods and Lean methodologies, and improved operational processes to mitigate risks. Prior experience also includes analyzing the impact of technology in higher education as an Associate in the Office of the Chancellor Emeritus at the City University of New York and as a Research Fellow at the Colin L.
