Natalie Richter

Natalie Richter is an accomplished professional in risk management and banking supervision with extensive experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Quality Management Supervising Examiner and Supervision Manager since July 2019. Prior to this role, Natalie served as an Assistant Bank Examiner focused on Safety & Soundness at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from June 2016 to June 2019. Natalie's career began as a Business Analyst at Heartland Global, Inc. and included a position as a Business Analyst and Member Relations Associate at Ag Ventures Alliance Cooperative. In pursuit of further education, Natalie is currently studying for a Master's degree in Enterprise Risk Management at Boston University, following the completion of a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Business and International Agriculture at Iowa State University. Additionally, a year spent in Rotary Youth Exchange in 2010-2011 enhanced international perspectives.
