Rafael Koscialkowski

Rafael Koscialkowski is an experienced cybersecurity and information technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Security (VP) at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since January 2010, where responsibilities include managing cybersecurity risks and security testing. Previously, Rafael held various directorial roles within the same organization, including Director of Identity and Access Management and Director of Information Technology, where strategic initiatives and operational support for a wide range of IT services were undertaken. Additionally, Rafael serves as a 1st Lieutenant in the volunteer fire service with the Setauket Fire District and has contributed as a Board Member of ParentJobNet, Inc. Education includes a Master of Science in Digital Information Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Computer Information Systems from Baruch College.
