Rene Aiguesvives

Rene Aiguesvives has extensive experience in risk monitoring and analysis, currently serving as the Deputy Team Lead for Trading Risk Monitoring and Analysis and PPNR at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since August 2017. Notable achievements include leading horizontal exams that reviewed RWA calculations, developing an RWA monitoring framework for enhanced supervision, and collaborating on the FRS review of synthetic risk transfers. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Team Lead for Interest Rate Risk and Senior Associate at RBC Capital Markets, as well as various positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and consultancy roles at Acquisition Solutions, Inc. and IBM. Rene holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
