Ron Licare

Ron Licare, PE, currently serves as the Head of Real Estate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since February 2013. With extensive experience at IBM, Ron held various roles including Business Development Executive in Site and Facilities Services, where responsibilities included aiding executives in identifying real estate needs for data centers, and Program Director in Global Services Finance, overseeing financial evaluations for facility acquisitions. Earlier career positions at IBM involved managing real estate activities for multiple locations, systems engineering for computer hardware, and project management for corporate headquarters design and construction. Ron began their engineering career at EBASCO Services, focusing on construction estimates for power plants, and holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and an Associate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the College of Aeronautics.
