Sam Irvin

Sam Irvin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Partner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since April 2023, Sam focuses on leveraging expertise to enhance benefits and recognition programs for 3,100 employees. As a Creator at Joie Tea Company, Sam is involved in redefining perceptions of tea to integrate luxury with accessibility. Previously, Sam held the position of VP of Human Resources & People Operations at twelveNYC, where responsibilities included building a cohesive culture and supporting business growth. Prior experience at Brooklyn Brewery involved transitioning HR functions to an internal team during significant growth. Sam’s career started at the New York Post, progressing from Legal Clerk to HR Coordinator. Sam holds a Master of Public Administration in Management and Operations from John Jay College and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University at Albany.
