Serene Ong

Serene Ong has extensive experience in business operations and communications, currently serving as a Business Operations Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since January 2008. In this role, Serene has worked in various capacities, including consulting for internal communication and managing content for the Bank's intranet and internal publications. Prior experience includes serving as an Internal Auditor and Public Relations Manager at Trienekens (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., where Serene was responsible for establishing corporate policies and enhancing public relations initiatives. Additionally, Serene held roles in employee relations and auditing at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies M'sia. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Business (Marketing) and a BA in Public Relations & Social Sciences from Edith Cowan University, along with a certification in Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
