Suzanne Elio

Suzanne Elio is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and media relations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since May 2015, Suzanne previously held positions as Assistant Vice President and Media Relations Officer within the same organization. Prior to this, Suzanne served as Spokesperson for Domestic Finance at the US Treasury from June 2012 to May 2015. Suzanne's earlier career includes a range of roles at Debevoise & Plimpton from May 2005 to June 2012, where responsibilities progressed from Media Relations Assistant to Media Relations Manager. Suzanne began a career in fundraising at the Democratic National Committee in 2004. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Politics, and French from New York University and education at Tabor Academy.
